Our parent company, GreenHawk Corporation, Inc., (“GreenHawk-USA”) is a holding company formed in 2009 and is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. GreenHawk-USA owns and manages an extensive portfolio of operating and investment entities including GreenHawk Building Solutions, LLC.
